Guys BodyPower was a great success this year!
The array of vendors and brands there is growing and covering many different forms of bodybuilding, health, fitness and foods!
Predator had a hugely busy booth and gave out TONNES of samples, from the new Iforce Conquer, Hemavol, Dexaprine, Compete and CRAZE!
Quest bars were flying off the shelves! It seems the British public have found a new addiction! Quest bars! ( I will easily say I'm an addict!!! )
Don't just read some poor souls comments on the FB page, get down there and say hello!
These events may not be everyone's cup of tea, but for an I your face welcome to this awesome industry of ours I highly recommend going!
And yes, you will have to battle the crowds! Good things always attract crowds !

I refrained from trying to lift up any small vehicle and embarrassing myself on camera this time!
Although I stand by my comments about lifting the van at FIBO.... It hurt my hands! Lol
