Tricep Bar Pushdown: 35kgx10 (3 sets)
I felt ridiculously weak on my shoulders today and was really surprised at how fast I fatigued and how weak my delts felt, hence dropping the weight by so much to prevent the only way of completing a set by push pressing. Very disappointed in my session but I still kept the intensity high.
