Great news, and you'll only need a touch of Kre-Anabolyn (1 cap on off days, 2 on training day) to really "juice" the effects of Synthagen. On off days, consider taking that cap with breakfast and some portion of carbs that'll raise insulin. Training days I like 1 cap just prior to training and 1 coming at your first solid food sit down meal, about an hour post workout. This, to leverage KA's effect on substrate storage. More of the carbs you eat will be deposited as glycogen, and the creatine in KA will benefit from from hitching a ride into the muscle cell via insulin.
