Meaning MPS + KA? That's a hell of a stack, and likely you'd only need 1 KA cap/day when stacking the two. It'll slant things more toward substrate storage. Best positioned then by taking that 1 cap on training days at your first, solid food sit down meal about an hour after the workout.
I think you'll enjoy Ice V.2. The addition of L-Leucine nitrate and especially the Citrulline Malate makes it a cut above. Looking forward to your comparison...
