Well not that long but when you're addicted a few days matters
I normally take 12 on a lifting day, 9 on a steady cardio day, 9-12 on an intense cardio day. 9 on an off day
Saturday (steady cardio 70-80% of MHR) 9 pills
Sunday nothing.
Monday (Squat, bench, rows, accesories) 12 pills
Tuesday (cardio very intense 85-95% of MHR for 35 of the 50 min workout) 8 pills
Nothing since then. Was really sore in the legs after deadlifts on Wednesday.
Thursday was another intense cardio day, really felt it last night and it stopped me sleeping due to the pain.
Friday (today) felt fine so hit PB's as above, also chucked in 20 mins of steady cardio afterwards (75% average MHR throughout)
I will be back on tonight though and to be honest I would expect to be hitting PB's as I've just finished week 5 of MADCOW. My bench is poor due to a problem I've had with form (which I've now rectified).
I just need to curb my appetite, I started on DCP yesterday (Also been running lean xtreme for a week for cortisol control) but it's not suppressing anything. Took some 45 mins before I just ate, put away 1300 cals and I'm still starving.
