On to my second tub of MPS now. I've lost 6lbs of scale weight in 3 weeks while either maintaining or increasing my strength in all major lifts and my cardio performance. Rest days are few and far between now lol.
I've got about 2 weeks left now I've dialled back to 4/4/4 on training days, hopefully Pred's stock comes in before I have to feel what coming off was like.
Couple of questions if you don't mind - As i'm looking to accelerate fat loss over the next few weeks, I was thinking of stacking with Alphamine. Also, I've been having a small amount of dextrose & malodextrin with my whey in my pwo shake. What are your thoughts on dropping these?
