Mixelflick on Any suggestion for DOMS and sleep supps please? (Leans gains would be nice too)

Just been pounding the strip again today, feeling it a little now so tomorrow morning will be interesting as the weight is going up again.

I dropped to 4/4/4 because I felt no discomfort at all this morning and it was cardio day. I'm hoping to drop to 3/3/3 on cardio days. If I have a steady state session I would anyway but I'm still doing intervals at the moment.

LOL, no morphine in Synthagen. But it sure feels that way sometimes.. :) Interesting story: It got stopped by customs in Finland once. They broke open a few caps and tested it for all illegal substances there (mostly recreational stuff, but also some performance enhancers if I'm not mistake). Of course, it passed with flying colors. Part of the reason we have it put together in a cGMP lab that does most of their work for the medical community. My name's on it brother, and I take alot of pride in what it is/how it works.

Your comments about needing less sleep/still recovering well are also not without some corroboration. I hear it all the time. I'm not espousing less sleep, but it's further validation we've succeed in MPS's goal of "putting back" cellular energy like no other.

Is a nice feeling. The best part?

The party doesn't really get started, until week #3... :)
