Shoulder press in smiths 90kg x 8 x 3
Tricep dips BW+51.25kg x 8 x 2
Bor 120kg x 5 x 3
Pull ups BW x 8 x 2 (slow and controlled)
DB rows 50kg x 8 x 3
DB preacher curls 18kg x 8, 16kg x 8 x 2
Close grip bench 100kg x 6 x 3
Decent enough session, shoulder still sore so not back to bench press. Maybe see how it feels next week.
