What do you recommend as the best dosing protocol for ArA, the capsules spread out daily as stated on the bottle or the regimen involving an increased dose taken pre-workout only?

Are there any supplement, other than glycerol monostearate, that could increase the absorption of ArA?

Increase absorption, not really sure. As an EFA, triglyceride at that, absorption is pretty good. You want to increase membrane integration. Low dose Omega 3 may actually help that. We've added a little bit in XFA.

As for best dosing schedule, taking a nice dose pre-workout seems to work well. Perhaps split it; spread half out to help with membrane absorption, and half pre-workout so it is more readily available when needed for anabolism.

There is a whole lot to the incorporation and liberation of fatty acids from cell membranes. As much as I've learned, I still don't consider myself an expert.
