I had this problem also. I assume you are rehabbing it right?

I found when I got hurt that training and doing stuff like leg press or exercises where your elbows are tucked in life very strict deadlifts was fine. For upper body size maintenance consider isometrics. They will help without stressing the joint too much. EMS also would work.

Yes, I've been rehabbing but I think my main and most glaring error was still squatting and only when thinking about it has this slowed my recovery due to my hand placement and the nature of having my arms in such a position. I found an article on elitefts which has helped (http://articles.elitefts.com/training-ar.....shoulders/)

I'm ok when it comes to arm training as I can manage to train them without stressing the injury but when it comes to back and chest (Shoulders just seems out of the equation and casts doubt on chest training) I am stuck. I'm contemplating just bringing up my cv fitness and trying to hold onto some size whilst it heals up fully because it is awful to not be training properly
