PJH on Best supplements for reducing muscle soreness?

45 minutes? More like 90-120, I wouldn't risk any kind of blood flow to the intestines if I wanted maximal functionality during my workout. BCAA's intra-workout are always beneficial I find they have a massive affect on my ability to maintain intensity and aggression during session, pumps, recovery, the lot - and they're cheap! My favourites are Intrabolic and good ol' Xtend with some additional L-Tyrosine for an added mental boost and Acetyl-L-Carnitine I want additional fat burning compounds. When Strive is back in stock I will probably try that once I get some flavdrops as I normally hate Apple or Cherry Limeade.

 

Getting my gainer or protein shake 90-120 minutes pre-workout is not possible since I work out from 05.30 to 06.30

I usually get up 04.30 and down a shake.  I do feel bloated often when working out and I have been thinking about switching from a pre-workout gainer to some BCAA's  + Vitargo or Karbolyn. 

 

Any thoughts on this?
